These clowns were supposed to replace my back-up camera under warranty and retuned my car to me days later than promised only to find out the installation of the camera was incomplete (see photos). Took it back to the dealer who offered me a free tank of gas for the inconvenience. Worse thing is the calibration of the back up camera was done wrong (surprise!) and when questioned refused to take it back to do it right. I will NEVER use this dealer again and tell everyone I know how crappy their service is, which seems to be common knowledge amongst other VW owners.
Marcus is absolutely AMAZING!!! He and Chris made this entire experience perfect and effortless. Marcus had the car I wanted squeaky clean and ready to go when I got here for the test drive. He’s extremely nice and treated us all so well. 10/10 recommend him if you’re in the market for a new/used car!!! 😁
Billy was very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. He helped me setup Bluetooth and went over all the features of the car. He even picked me up because my old car stopped running. I am happy with my car and experience.
