This was a bad experience. The seller was unprofessional and sent emotional messages. Do not send e-transfer to this person — if there is any problem, you will not get your money back. Keep clear written records, or you may waste a lot of time. If you absolutely must do business with them, carefully check all documents — dates or details may be wrong, causing delays and extra work. I consider this money a lesson learned and will not deal with them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They took my money and told me my car would be ready within two days. However, it has now been 22 days, and I still have not received my vehicle. When I went back to ask for an update or request a refund, both the owner and the lady at the front desk were disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing clear information, they treated me poorly and showed no respect for me as a customer. I understand that delays can happen, but honest communication and good customer service are essential. Unfortunately, this dealership failed in both areas. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or professional treatment.

Gabriel was very kind and helpful. She was patient enough to give me the best deal possible and never got tired of my questions. I highly recommend making a deal with her when buying a car.

The most dirty experience I have ever experienced in Canada, changing prices after agreeing on a number, super impolite and nonqualified manager. He speaks with Body-language, wrongly thinking he is a strong guy, another advice to the public: be careful about your personal information, not anyone with this non-professional attitudes will protect them according to regulations, I wish Canada conduct a special investigation why non-graduated people are working in management team in few places, like this Manager, I doubt he has at least a Bachelor degree in Business or Management... shame on you, shame on your, and try to imrove your internal HR selection.

Bought a 2015 Equinox. Great car but ad was misleading. Says it came with a Tonneau Cover but it didn't as it is not a truck. Says leather seats but it has cloth seats. Also says memory seats but it does not. Also says it came with a factory engine and transmission warranty but it didn't as that warranty had expired years ago. I did have the check engine light come one a week later and when I called him he didn't offer to fix it he sent me reasons why it would come on. He should have offered to fix for free.
