I came here and was just looking for new and bigger SUVs such as the Grand Cherokee. I was walking around the parking lot and a manager I believe directed us to Zane who was my Sales Representative. For someone young and the same age as me and my boyfriend he was outstanding and so understanding but so knowledgeable with any questions I asked. We looked at a few grand Cherokees but then the Wagoneer caught my eye right away. Zane pulled up the grand Cherokee and explained the car thoroughly and showed us everything we would need to know. Then we got in and Zane asked how I liked it and I was honest and really didn’t care for it after looking a the Wagoneer and it’s basically the same car but a little lower and smaller/tighter. Zane then got the Wagoneer and again walked us through the whole care and gave us all the information we needed. I loved that car and we test drove it. While driving Zane was calm and let us really feel out the car and explained the modes and everything while driving to really understand the car and what I could purchase. We got back to the dealership and we priced everything out and Zane was very patient and understanding when I explained the price and life isn’t cheap but I know in the next couple years I will be back to see Zane for buying a car. I have NEVER had good experiences with sales representatives at dealerships because they never listen and they just rush you to buy a car so they can get money and move on. Zane was not that person; he listened, he was patient, kind, polite, thoughtful, knowledgeable, let us have time to think on it alone, and wasn’t angry or rude when I walked away from the sale due to price even though I took his time up from another customer who could have bought a car. I recommended going here and seeing Zane 100% and when I am ready I will definitely be going back to see him there! Again thank you so much for your time and patience with me tonight.

This has been the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership. Apple helped me decide on the best vehicle for my needs, found a Grand Cherokee with everything I wanted, offered a competitive lease deal and made the pick up process a breeze. I’ll be back for service and when I need another vehicle.

I bought a new 26 ram 1500 Laramie with the tow package and 3.92 gears. Paul the Sales representative was great. Highly recommend him. Where the deal went sour is when I got home, the truck had 40 miles on it, and noticed scratches and paint defects in the new truck. They buffed the scratches out and there was still a minor scratch that is through the paint. The sales manager Tyler said that was the best he could do for that. It still hasn’t gone to the body shop for the paint flaws. That happens June 1st. Next: I left with this truck for South Dakota pulling a 6x12 aluminum trailer with a rzr trail and the whole way out there and back the truck would not go into 8 gear (overdrive). I average 8 miles to the gallon and the whole set up that I was pulling was 2500lbs. The truck is rated for alittle over 11k lbs. I came home yesterday and went to service and they told me everything I’m experiencing is normal, with all ram 1500. The gas mileage that is on the sticker is not accurate. I have 2200 miles on my truck and I have never seen above 15 mpg. Pulling a 2500lbs trailer shouldn’t get 8mpg. My other problems with the truck is the transmission clunks into gear. (Apple told me that’s normal) hard downshifts where they will jerk you. Next problem is shifting gears is laggy and it will just sit there and have to think about shifting. Apple service also said that was normal due to the learning of the transmission, and it takes 10k miles to learn your driving patterns. The dealership is doing nothing about these problems and essentially said just drive it. The oil temp coming back to mn was 250 because the truck was revving high for so long. All they did was tried to assure me that it’s normal for a truck to do these things and that I have a powertrain warranty. UPDATE: The dealership/body shop has had my truck since June 1st during that time i got my truck back for a day. First the truck has been to the body shop 3 times for little issues, 3 times!!! The service department hasn't even started working on my truck yet. When talking to John Pfeiffer on the phone, the reasoning he said was you didn't have an appointment, and we're busy. The one day that i had my truck back for it was dirty from sitting and still had body shop dust in the inside. There communication is poor at this dealership, I would never recommend anyone to shop here.

What stood out most was the efficiency and attention to detail. The service was completed more quickly than anticipated, yet nothing felt rushed. Philip performed a thorough check of my vehicle, pointed out a few minor items to keep an eye on—without any pressure to upsell—and ensured everything was in top condition before I left. I will definitely return for future car maintenance and repair needs.

I brought my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation—just the usual stuff. It was a busy Friday morning, but the service was honestly great. The service manager, Philip, kept checking in with me while I waited and let me know where things were at and how much longer it would take. Once my car was in the shop, I got the service videos like I usually do, but this time I actually watched them and really appreciated the time and care the techs put into working on my car. I’ll definitely be bringing my Jeep back here—I honestly think it’s the best service in town.
