I am extremely disappointed with Apple Ford in Apple Valley and how they treated my brand-new truck during an accessory installation. I trusted their recommendations completely and approved everything they suggested without questioning the cost or process. In return, I expected professionalism and care. Instead, I got my truck back with the bed covered in dirty footprints and spray residue. This is a brand-new vehicle — not a construction site. When I pointed it out and asked who would clean it, I was told, “You can wash it when it gets warm.” We are currently below freezing. So their solution is that I wait three months before I can properly clean the mess they made. That response alone shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for a customer’s property. If your team makes a mess during installation, you clean it — period. You don’t push it off onto the customer and blame the weather. Very disappointing experience. If you care about how your vehicle is treated, think twice before bringing it here.

Over the past several visits I’ve had multiple services done there including new tire installation, oil changes, fluid services, and more involved diagnostic and maintenance work, and every experience has been handled professionally. The technicians and service advisors have consistently done quality work and taken the time to make sure things are done correctly. A few months back they installed a new set of tires for me and did a really clean, professional job. Everything was balanced correctly, mounted properly, and the vehicle drove great afterward. It’s the kind of work you hope for when you bring a vehicle into a dealership service department. More recently I had additional service work done including fluids and maintenance, and again the service team handled everything with care and attention to detail. The technicians clearly know their work and the service advisors do a good job communicating what is being done and keeping customers informed. What really stands out is the customer service and management in the service department. The staff is friendly, organized, and respectful of your time. You can tell the department is well managed because the process runs smoothly and the team works together well. It’s also refreshing to deal with a service department that actually listens to the customer. When you explain what you’re experiencing with your vehicle, they take it seriously and work to address it rather than brushing it off. That level of professionalism builds trust. The service advisors are knowledgeable, patient when answering questions, and genuinely seem to care about helping customers rather than rushing people through the process. That kind of customer service is becoming rare, and it’s appreciated. Overall, the Apple Valley Ford Service Department has consistently provided quality workmanship, strong communication, and great customer service during every visit I’ve had there. The technicians, advisors, and management team clearly take pride in running a professional operation. If someone is looking for a dealership with a reliable service department for tires, oil changes, maintenance, diagnostics, and general vehicle service, I would absolutely recommend the service team at Apple Valley Ford. Great job to the service department and management for maintaining a high standard of work and treating customers well.

Just purchased my very first brand new vehicle in my lifetime. I was very happy with my salesman Eric. Managers of sales and finance were respectful and ready to work with. There was no pressure from anyone for me to purchase anything I didn't want or need.

Andrew Bittner was our guy. Had an excellent experience with him. And his team worked hard to get me what I wanted most.
