Apple Honda

I bought my first car HR-V at Apple Honda about a month ago. I studied about car trims but still could not make a decision between HR-V and Civic. Our salesperson Catherine willingly brought out all inventory I mentioned and I was able to take my time to see them in person and it definitely helped me make the decision. She answered and sympathized to my questions and concerns, and gave me a good space without pressure. The financial manager explained about the coverage well and also remained professional thought out the processes. I haven’t experienced any service part yet but I feel comfortable and confident knowing that Apple Honda is my dealership through the journey with my HR-V. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience working with Ali at Apple Honda. From the moment I arrived, Ali made the entire process easy and stress-free. He gave me the space and time I needed to test drive multiple vehicles without any pressure or sales tactics. There was none of the typical dealership nonsense; no "come sit at my desk," no endless trips to "check with the manager," and no high-pressure games. He provided a quick, straightforward, and very fair price that ended up being lower than offers I received from two other dealerships. Those other dealers wasted a lot of my time with awkward sales tactics and generally frustrating experiences. In contrast, Ali was transparent, respectful, and efficient. What really stood out was how responsive he was throughout the process. He worked with me via text, answered my questions promptly, and made the entire purchase incredibly convenient. Even after the sale was complete, Ali spent a tremendous amount of time walking me through the features of my new car and making sure I understood how everything worked. That level of customer service is rare. I highly recommend both Ali and Apple Honda. Looking back, I wish I had started there first, it would have saved me a lot of time, hassle, and frustration. If you're shopping for a Honda, do yourself a favor and ask for Ali.

Brought my car in for a recall and during the service they lost part of my seat cover and left me with oil stains on my seat and the interior smelled like oil. After several calls and voicemails they said they would detail the car and replace the seat cover but did neither after two follow up visits to the dealership. Giving 2 stars instead of one because there was a nice tech named Manny and a service receptionist who were helpful during one visit.
