I just got my new Honda a few days ago and I’m so happy with it 😩🙌🏼 I wanna start by giving a huge thank you to Alisa, she really went above and beyond for me. She put in the work to make everything possible, and I truly appreciate how much effort she put into helping me get into this car. Of course, Trevon deserves a shoutout too. He’s great! Every time I come in, he’s consistent, helpful, and makes the whole process smoother. I always feel taken care of when he’s involved. Also! Shoutout to Cord, he was always amazing, made me feel heard, and goes above and beyond as well. He always takes his time to explain things which is what I really like about all 3 of them and why my experience at Honda and with any of them has always been a great one. Even though cord is no longer there, Alisa and Trevon are keeping the experience just as great 😊 They worked out such a good deal for me, honestly one I don’t think I could’ve gotten anywhere else. Together they made this whole experience super positive, and I’m really grateful. I left with a car I love (especially the color) ♥️ and a process that felt stress free 🚗✨

I just had a 30,000 mile check up and maintenance done on my Honda Ridgeline at Apple Valley Honda. The experience was great starting with Teah in the service department. She helped me through the decision making process of what was needed and explained why. They also have coupons periodically and I used two which was appreciated. Also they always give me a free car wash coupon, nice bonus! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. It was just a lovely experience.
