I had a great experience with this Cadillac dealership’s service team. I brought my car in because of a rattling sound, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They provided me with a rental car right away, which made things really convenient. Within 24 hours, they had already diagnosed and fixed the issue. It turned out to be a loose intake air vent, and once they secured it, the rattling sound was completely gone. Communication was excellent, the turnaround time was quick, and everything was handled professionally. I returned the rental with no issues, and my car has been perfect since.
