I came to Canada 3 years ago, and I purchased my first ever car from Serge. I met him on Marketplace, and he promised me that he would get me a brand-new car despite me being new to the country and no dealership wanting to give me approval. Since then, he has been the one who helped me with all my requests and purchases. Guess what? I did purchase my second car from him, and after a year and a half, here I am again, on my third car from Mazda. When it comes to customer service, this guy went above and beyond. His main priority is not the money; it is the satisfaction of his valued customer. Over the years, we became good friends, and I respect his dedication toward his job. He always makes sure that the customer will get the best possible service! I'm glad that I ended up getting my cars from him. He will never take advantage of you and will make sure that you will get the best deal in town! I just want to appreciate the effort of this fine man, and I really think that he deserves recognition along with Fadi, whom I just met. Fadi has a lot of potential too.
