I recently bought my first car in this location, and I wanted to share my experience. Daniel, my sales representative, was absolutely amazing. As a first-time buyer, I was honestly pretty nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. Daniel was patient, kind, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Even though he’s new, you can tell he truly cares about helping people—not just making a sale. Whenever he didn’t know something, he was honest about it and took the time to find the right answers for me. I never felt pressured or misled, which meant a lot. You could tell he is still learning, but that never came across in a negative way—if anything, it showed how much effort he was putting in to make sure I fully understood everything. That level of sincerity is rare, based on my experience speaking with other sales representatives at different dealerships before meeting Daniel. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager was not the same. I felt like the focus there was more on hitting quotas than actually helping customers, which made parts of the process uncomfortable. That said, Daniel completely changed the experience for me. Because of him, I’m happy to give a 5/5 rating. If you’re thinking about getting a car here, I highly recommend asking for Daniel. He’ll treat you with honesty and respect, and you won’t feel like you’re being pushed into anything.

2026-02-24: This dealership has always been pleasant to deal with when it comes to servicing my vehicle. No matter who answers the phone, the person on the other end will always strive to get you the right help without question. Today, I had a nail in my tire and the service dept got me in the same day without appointment. Due to the nail location, a patch would have not worked, so mitsubishi provided a new tire as the car was still under warranty. The receptionist was great (I didn't get her name), Deepak from the service dept was easy to deal with and immediately started a claim when I arrived, without question. I was in and out in no time. On past service appointments its been the same. I have always dealt with Dennis and his demeanor and service is excellent when it comes to communicating with you. Consistency is their strong suit. Thanks to the guys/gals in the back that work on the cars, you deserve recognition too even though customers don't see you. This dealership is the way it is because of team members like this.
