my truck went out the first 30 mins of me having it and it’s been in the shop for a month then i only had it for about 2 months now my transmission is out again!! i was stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours being pregnant and stuck in heat is terrible , i’ve been trying to contact them i get no answer this is bullshit i get it’s a used car dealership but if you guys “ fixed” my transmission it shouldn’t have crapped out again

The customer service was great everything went smooth! The salesman were really helpful but the truck I purchased is absolute garbage. 2 days after I bought it the AC quit working, all four wheels almost fell off while I was on the freeway because all the lug nuts come off fix that problem and a week later the whole rear end almost come out because the unbolts were all super loose but fixed it then the brakes went out with all that said all fixable just yesterday the transmission started going out and the heater core hose blew off and lost all antifreeze and had to buy new hose and antifreeze bottom line is super disappointed in my decision to buy it

My husband and I went here after a horrible experience at Mclarity of NLR. When we arrived we were met by Danny who we explained our bad experience and he assured us that we would not have a similar experience there. He showed us the beautiful truck in the pictures and told us to take it for a test drive before we even tried to discuss numbers. When we came back loving the truck, of course. Danny helped with the financing even though me and my husband don't have the greatest credit, Danny made it happen. It was stress free which was a huge thing for me. I highly recommend them especially working with Danny. He answered all our questions never made us seem like any of our questions were dumb and never made us feel pressured. We orginially hadn't planned on getting a vehicle we needed to make payments on we were looking for a cash vehicle. Danny is a great salesman and even though we have a payment now we couldn't be happier with our vehicle choice and the service we received.
