Best dealership.. From beginning to end, the process for renewal at Arbour was seamless. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience – Truly Professional from Start to Finish We recently purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Taos Highline from Arbour Volkswagen and traded in our Tesla Model 3 and I can confidently say this was one of the most professional and seamless vehicle purchases we’ve ever experienced. Jacques was outstanding. From our first interaction, he was courteous, knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, walked us through warranty details, vehicle history, recalls, financing options, and ensured the Tesla appraisal process was fair and efficient. I had a great experience working with Francis R. at Arbour-VW. From the beginning, he was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and made sure to guide me toward options that matched my needs without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I always felt informed and supported at every step. Both Francis and Jean-Sebastian’s responsiveness and attention to detail made a big difference, and it was clear they genuinely care about providing good service. I would definitely recommend Francis to anyone looking for a positive and stress-free car-buying experience.

Ignore the fake reviews – and AVOID this place. Out-of-province buyer, bought a used Ford. While the salesman, Jacques, was good about getting the outstanding warranties done on the vehicle, and arranging for it to come with appropriate tires, there were four major issues that cropped up with the sale: 1) The finance manager, Jean-Sebastien, lied and said that a loan with a lower interest rate required me to buy an extended warranty. When I called him on that lie, he shamelessly did not admit it, but instead said he mixed up the loans and that there *are* some that require the warranty, but not the one he picked for me. (Note: no lending institutions in North America require the purchase of an extended warranty, nor do any offer preferential interest rates for customers who buy such a warranty.) 2) When I picked up the vehicle, a plug-in hybrid, the battery had zero charge, and the gas tank was only 3/4 full. This is completely unacceptable. 3) When I went to get the vehicle inspected in my home province, it failed because the rear brakes were too worn. I had to spend over $600 on a brake job before the vehicle would pass its MVI. 4) When I went to register the vehicle, the dealership had not filled out the registration form correctly, which prevented me from registering it. While they have been profusely apologetic online (see their AI-generated response, below), in real life they have not once reached out to try to make it right. In fact, Sebastien Arbour, the used sales manager, has been combative and completely unapologetic, and Stephanie Arbour, the general manager, refused to weigh in. So apparently this dealership apparently stands by this experience, and they refuse to make any of it right. They also have ignored an intervention by the Better Business Bureau. Ignore the fake reviews on here and AVOID this stealership at all costs. Arbour VW, I await your call.
