I have been using a mobility scooter for 7 years after suffering a stroke and getting treatment for cancer. I recently moved back to Anchorage after living in Canada for 2 years, and my goal is to live independently as much as possible. The assistive device that I purchased there (2 mobility scooters) were beginning to have problems due to aging + wear and tear due to the heavy use I was subjecting them to in my quest to live independently. This company sold us a Stiltz elevator and installed it. Though it took a little longer to get it installed and was more expansive than I expected, we love our elevator and I would recommend Arctic Mobility to anyone looking for an elevator.
