Argus Mazda Gatineau

Never buy car from this dealership get from somewhere else they’re scamming people. I traded in my old car for cx50 in march and even now 1 month later, the loan of my old car is open and my biweekly of old car is going from my bank account. When i asked argus about the issue they sent me a check which was 1/4th of my biweekly. Do not trade in your car they scam people by keeping the old loan open so that they can get more money out of your old car.

I had an appointment booked online with Mazda Argus and exchanged more than 10 emails with Rafael G. beforehand. However, when I arrived at the dealership, they could not find any record of my appointment. Two sales representatives were unable to find it and seemed unaware of anything that had been discussed by email. To make matters worse, they also told me they did not have the car I was interested in, and no one offered to show me a different model or suggest any alternative. When I asked what I should do next time to avoid wasting my time like this, I was told not to use the online booking tool because the online agent “doesn’t know anything.” I was then advised to just call Mazda directly instead. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. I expected much better communication, support and coordination from the sales teams at the dealership

Just purchased a new CX5. The experience was a lot better than the last time I was there. Would have gave 5 Stars but didn't N.V.I.S for the SAAQ

Very good experience for my first purchase there. They are attentive to their clients needs and questions. Friendly staff. My boyfriend bought his last two Mazda there as well. We highly recommand this place!
