David was a great sales person to work with. My favorite thing was that nobody was doing the pushy sales tactics. They lay out options and let choose what works for you. I finally got one of my favorite cars and David made the process very enjoyable. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had.

Earlier this month, I drove from Indianapolis, Indiana to Palatine, Illinois to test drive a 2023 Acura MDX. My appointment was with Juan Arango. After a 3 hour and 45 minute drive, I approached the dealership and was warmly welcomed by Juan. He had the MDX pulled to the front of the dealership and we took a test drive. Once we took a nice drive around town and the highway, we sat down and discussed some of the benefits of purchasing a certified Acura. My plan was to look at two (2) 2023 Acura MDX's in the Chicago area; and, I was prepared to stay over night until the right deal was established. I was able to negotiate openly with Juan and his Sales Manager and General Manager. During the discussion, we came close to the price point I wanted to pay for the 2023 Acura MDX. Once we had a gotten close to the price range, we then discussed trading in my 2017 Honda Accord Sport which was in really good shape. After several negotiations, Juan and the General Manager accepted my trade in for the mid-range estimated in the Kelley Blue Book value point. Juan was very patient and worked with his leadership team to obtain the information I needed to make an informed decision. As a result of their willingness to work with me in a professional manner, I agreed to purchase the 2023 Acura MDX and decided not look at the other 2023 Acura MDX in Schaumberg, Illinois. Given their professionalism and patience working with me, I would highly recommend shopping for a vehicle at Arlington Acura.
