From 9 AM to 1 PM, I engaged in the car-buying process, culminating in a successful purchase at a favorable/fair price through respectful negotiation. I found the salesperson to be forthright and direct, which I valued. I approached the transaction with a clear intention to buy and had prepared accordingly. I established a positive rapport with both the salesperson and the finance professional involved. Really great service…from check-in to completion! Mike was our advisor. He was informed, professional and kind. I received a safe and comfortable shuttle ride home (I wish I had my driver’s name, he was great !). I was particularly impressed with the updates through text and email.
