We had a mechanical problem with our Dodge Caravan in Gaspésie National Park. We arrived at this dealership on a Friday afternoon, desperate and afraid of ruining our road trip. The service was very professional, and the mechanic was very honest. He showed us the worn wheel bearing and replaced it quickly, and even straightened a trailer bed for us after demonstrating it. This dealership and its experienced mechanic completely saved our road trip. Thank you so much!
Excellent service. Our truck broke down during the holidays. The mechanic diagnosed the problem very quickly (5 minutes). They did everything they could to get the part as fast as possible, even though it was the Canada Day long weekend. Excellent communication, excellent service. Much better than my usual dealership in Montreal. I highly recommend them!
