# Summary The dealership receives high praise from most customers for exceptional salespeople who demonstrate genuine care, professionalism, and product knowledge during the purchasing process. However, one customer experienced significant frustration with post-sale service, citing poor communication from management and dismissive behavior from staff when attempting to address a tire defect issue.
We met with Stephon at Armory to acquire a used truck and the entire experience was in total honesty the best dealership experience I've had to date. Despite having some staffing challenges, Stephon handled the whole situation with a cool professionalism that made the daunting task of new vehicle purchase stress free and comfortable. I was not expecting to take possession the same day but evening was handled quickly and efficiently to not only secure my financing but switch over the registration and insurance so we drove our new vehicle home in just a few hours. Unlike some salespeople at major dealerships, Stephon never came across as dismissive or task focused on serving his own purpose. We felt like he had our needs and comfort in mind first and his would follow as long as we were satisfied. And we definitely were. Stephon definitely secured a customer in us. Thank you!
Makenzie was incredibly kind and helpful with situation I was having. She called the dealership where I got my car and ended up at voicemail, so reached out directly to someone she knows that works there and was able to get the information we needed. Our communication was great and she is super sweet and personable. She is also very knowledgeable in my kind of vehicle and let me know I have options to modify some system settings that bother me. I also witnessed multiple exchanges between her and her coworkers, one of which she complimented. She seems like a wonderful person!
I purchased a car on June 4, 2026 at this dealership. I worked with Stephon, he was fabulous. It was obvious that they were short staffed that night, and he made every effort to ensure that we moved by the process for the sale of the Jeep Wagoneer along. I left that night with the vehicle. I proceeded to drive it home and park it in my driveway, and then I traveled for a few days. Returning home to drive my children to school a few days later, I noticed that there was part of the front passenger tire that was damaged. The damage is located on the side wall and would only be obvious if you looked very close at the tire. It was my mistake to not look at the tire when I purchased the vehicle, but since the car was sitting in my driveway it was obvious that it was sold to me damaged. That same day I contacted the dealership because three screws fell out from the tire wall on the driver side. I contacted the dealership and spoke with a service person who was very nice and redirected me to the general manager, Michael. He told the sales person that he was busy and will call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. With no call back after an hour called back and was told that he would call me before the day was out. At 5:30 I still did not received a phone call back so I contacted the dealership again and he had left for the day. I went there today, and met with the same dismissive nature. I sat in the service department for 2 1/2 hours with no acknowledgment in the first hour after Michael saw me sitting there he asked service to take a look. They took my car and I sat for another hour until I approached Mckenzie asking for an update. Mckenzie told me very rudely that she would go and check on the car and had me wait. I had an appointment at 12:30 and needed to leave I explained that I could make an appointment and come back. Again very rudely she suggested that I not leave because they were booking out until July. I continued to wait until 12:25 at which point I asked for an update. Once again she was beyond rude and told me that the car was coming out . I asked about an update on the tire for which she showed me a picture of the tire prior to purchase, according to her printed picture. There is no way to look at that picture and tell me that the flap of rubber wasn’t damaged. Michael did not come out to talk to me throughout this entire process. Mckenzie was beyond rude, which I pointed out while on site. I was brought my car by their mechanic , very nice man, who told me that the screws had been reattached but the tire should be replaced because of the damage on the side of the tire wall. I am disappointed in the service that this dealership has provided or lack there of !! If I had, in fact, damaged the tire, there would be evidence of that to the rim. This was obviously prior to the purchase of my jeep and had someone actually talked to me and looked at the tire it could have been discussed. I I purchased the service agreement with this car and will never return to this dealership for service. This was poorly handled, and the tire should’ve been replaced.
Garrett was wonderful to work with!! He was thorough, explained things well and made the process easy for us. . We are very happy with our new vehicle and our buying experience!
Sky Medici is wonderful! She is so sweet and answered every question I had. She even picked me up for my appointment! What other sales person does that. Keep reaching for the stars girl! Thanks again.
