I recently purchased an electric vehicle from Rowland at Arnie Bauer Cadillac, and the experience was exceptional. Rowland is highly professional, attentive to detail, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he represents. He took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered thoroughly and made himself available for any additional follow-up. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Rowland, and his consistent level of service and expertise is the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer.

My experience at this dealership with “sales person Eve” started as her and one other employee were talking and she didn’t have enough time to show me where a certain model was in the lot! She insisted said they are around the corner and down that way! The test ride was equally as bad as she couldn’t read the room on conversation we didn’t want to engage in with her. The amount of perfume was enough that I could taste it in the air of the vehicle we were test driving. A couple days past and then the phone calls started, don’t say no as that’s not the answer they want so they turned up the amount to harassment amount! When I asked to talk to her supervisor she hung the phone up. I called and talked to Brad about all this he said he would talk with her! I know he did as he forgot to hang up the phone and I heard his and eve’s conversation! Fast forward to today and yes Eve called again after she was told not to by her supervisor, again I ask for her supervisor and again she hangs up the phone. I called back to have yet another chat with them about Eve. Moral of the story don’t tell them No or they will harass you till they get the answer they want. I do not recommend this dealership nor the lack of ability of the management or sales staff!

I have now bought 3 cars at Arnie Bauer and serviced here for years. I won’t go anywhere else due to their commitment to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. My most recent experience was with Matt Granberry in sales and he did fantastic with the product presentation and being efficient. Brandon and Alyssa worked their magic to get me in the truck I wanted at a reasonable figure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone trying to have a seamless ownership experience!
