This was a pretty big job, and from start to finish everything was handled professionally and with clear communication. Jessen was very easy to work with — responsive, straightforward, and kept everything moving smoothly. After I picked up the truck, I noticed a clanging noise that turned out to be a loose bolt on a rear shock. I called, and he immediately got me back in and had it corrected quickly with no hassle. That kind of follow-up and accountability really stood out to me. I also worked with Alexis, who was excellent. I’ve been a loyal customer since purchasing my truck through George at Community GMC, and I’ve continued bringing it in for service with the same team now at Arnie Bauer. She understood that history and worked with me on pricing to help get the deal done, which I really appreciated. In the end, they stood behind their work, made things right when an issue came up, and treated me like a valued customer. That goes a long way. Being 70 years old & owning Muscle Cars since 18, today I was Impressed & Shocked that Arnie Bauer Chevrolet in Wilmington had a AC Delco battery for a 67 Caprice with a 396 Engine. It listed at $170 ( other Auto Supply Stores $210 ) they charged $140. Which they did not have on hand, but got it to their shop within 2 hrs. The 2 Gentleman at the parts dept.
