I recently visited Arrigo Jeep at Margate for service on my Jeep Wrangler and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was greeted in the drive aisle by a gentleman who welcome me warmly and guided me to my service advisor, Ash Somersall. Ash was one of the most attentive and friendly advisors I’ve ever encountered. Arrigo is very fortunate to have her on their team! Shortly after check-in I was notified that the technician had started working on my vehicle. I also received a video update showing the condition and status of my car, which I found very impressive. The entire process was seamless and professional. I will definitely be returning for future service and will also be bringing my daughter’s Jeep. It’s a bit of a drive from home, but service like this makes it completely worth it. Ash will be my go-to advisor from now on. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Aaron. He earned this review. I was NOT trying to play games with a dealership. I needed a vehicle, needed numbers that made sense, and needed somebody who would actually communicate. Aaron was HIM. He answered my questions, sent videos of the vehicle, alongside working through the financing with Brian and Kevin; he kept me updated throughout the process. My credit isn't perfect, so I was very nervous, but he treated me with respect and helped get me into a vehicle and I genuinely appreciate him and everyone involved. So shout out to the team at Arrigo Motors in Margate, for a process that was smooth, straightforward, and honestly a lot easier than I expected.

A very big shout out to Milot Vancol! I’ve gone through the dealership process for all my cars in the past and cannot believe how easy, fast and professional Milot acted. We made an appointment, landed on time at the dealership, exchanged handshakes and walked outside to see and drive the truck. The whole process took less than 35 minutes! The description and pictures Milot sent and communicated of the truck was spot on. We chatted a bit at his desk. I told him what price I thought the truck should be. It was much less than the listed price and his eyes widened. He told me he would be right back. It wasn’t even 5 minutes and a deal was had. The icing on the cake was at the financing side, Mrs Iala Konopcik was a complete gem! Thank you Arrigo Chrysler Dodge! You hold a piece of my heart!

My experience has been BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. I wish I could give no stars, and even then it cannot describe how negligent they have been throughout the 4 months of having this car. I had a rough coming regarding of my old vehicle and were able to approve me a semi new model jeep(2018). First off, I didn’t mean to get a car I was just going to sell it which they would have originally gave me no more that $700. The sales advisor took my tears and insisted that I try to get an approval (which somehow I did) for the jeep I own now. I bought the car in December and now in march that I have the same problem that introduced time and time again that THE CAR WOULD NOT START. First time it started the battery cut off in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD therefore, they replaced the battery. Second time occurs that the electric throttle indicator would come on and stated that they fixed the issues (never told me what happened that time). Most recent fix was as of march 11th, they told me that the car had a loose screw connected to the battery and no problem until yesterday where they couldn’t take the car as as it had the problem again. I’ve paid tons of money for towing, because they’re policy doesn’t cover rsa so I’ve been hoping to see if the insurance will pay. Additionally, I finally said I had enough and they connected me to a specialist FINALLY AFTER SO MANY TIMES THAT I TOLD THEM I DONT FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR. The car has cut off almost every few weeks from the day I purchased. The specialist as of today was given no information, not notes that were documented and still couldn’t do anything after mentioning that I’m up the street. I will be looking for legal assistance because I am tired of not being heard.
