Where do I begin? I’ve been with the Arrigo Sawgrass family for over 4 years now and they have always taken care of me but this time was extremely special. I was ready to start a new chapter and get a new car, so the night before I inquired about a few vehicles online and first thing at 9 am Chris Lowenthal called me with the warmest, kindest energy and lead me into the best deal I’ve ever had with buying a car. He encouraged me to come in and assured me he’d do his best to take care of me and that he did! When I arrived I was instantly greeted with the most kind welcome from EVERYONE and made to feel at home. His partner Jamie took over to help him assist me and Jamie was absolutely amazing!!! He was so caring, honest,patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the car buying process. He made me feel at ease and excited about the entire process. He also fought to get me the best deal and for that I will be forever grateful! Chris was also very attentive he checked on me the whole time I was there,and he taught me so much about the jeep product. He stayed until the end to make sure I was happy which meant so much to me. because of these guys I drove off the lot in a beautiful!! 2026 jeep wrangler my first brand new car and when I tell you I am in love!!!! I am on cloud 9 everyday!!! I can’t thank them enough!!! And lastly LaLa in finance was truly ‘that girl’ she’s so sweet and phenomenal with her knowledge in finance.She makes sure you understand what you’re signing and takes her time to ensure you don’t feel like just a number. I could write a novel about my day at Arrigo sawgrass but I’ll close this review with saying THANK YOU!!!! I prayed so hard for a wonderful experience when I bought my next car and my expectations were exceeded. I’m so blessed and grateful! Thank you to the Arrigo sawgrass team! The Good I've been going here for years and always got great service - techs seem to know what they are doing and fix issues correctly the first time. Even something as simple as tires - I've had tire shops mess up the balance, damage wheels, etc. That doesn't happen to me here. The dealership is clean, has on-site amenities like TVs, food/drinks (for a charge). It is a pleasant environment to be in, with friendly staff all-around. I also love how they offer free Uber rides to/from the dealership within a 15 mile radius. This makes coordinating service MUCH easier for me. The Bad I don't like their loaner car policy. I had to get a loaner car for a recent warranty service that took approx 2 weeks to complete (transfer case replacement). You pay for a Hertz loaner (they have a Hertz kiosk on-site), and then you have to submit a "claim" to get reimbursed. This feels like a non-customer-centric process - one more thing I have keep track of to make sure it is actually refunded - I am sure whoever came up with this policy is banking on that I will lose track of it. I have a $428 charge on my credit card from 5/29, that I am still waiting for a credit for on 6/16. When I needed loaners in the past, other dealers either had a fleet of loaners on-site, or they transported you to a partner rental car company they had an arrangement with and I had to pay nothing out-of-pocket. I would love to things go back to "the old way".

Felipe Tejada, my service consultant, was amazing. I honestly could not have asked for a better service experience. From the moment I arrived at Arrigo Sawgrass Jeep, everything was smooth and stress free. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to explain exactly what my Jeep needed in a clear and easy to understand way. What really stood out was the level of care and hospitality. While my car was being serviced, Felipe even ordered an Uber to get me back home, which I truly appreciated and did not expect at all. Little things like that make a big difference. Professional, transparent, and genuinely thoughtful service. 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend asking for Felipe.

As a first-time car buyer, I was extremely nervous and had no idea what I was doing. Christian made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, he was there for me every step of the way, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer every question I had. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What meant the most to me was that at no point during the process did I feel like he was looking out for anyone other than me. He genuinely had my best interests at heart and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision. Christian even stayed late to answer additional questions and make sure I was completely taken care of. He went far above and beyond what I expected, and his dedication to customer service truly stands out. Christian is a model employee, and I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. If you're looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend working with Christian!
