Associate Divac was super polite and courteous when dealing with Mom's AC problems. Free shuttle back home and pick up was provided, the dealership was well-staffed, clean, organized and well presented. Free donuts and coffee in addition to timely service and knowledgeable employees made a positive experience overall and 12 month warranty on the work is also a plus. If you're looking to have less waiting for your repairs due to them having plenty of parts and experience, and if you did due diligence checking around for prices, then this is the place for you. 3/14/2026 Update: Once again great service by Stuart. Couldn't help me with the secondary key for the new Stang and felt bad, so filled my car up with gas. Great guy! Car is running great! They have exceeded my expectations far above anything I could have imagined. Secondly let’s talk about Max, my salesman. Dino was absolutely amazing to my family and I. My sister and I both got vehicles from them a month apart. I really like Arrowhead Honda. The service department is typically fast with an oil change and inspection of the vehicle. Shout out to Dino K. In sales, he really talked out all of my options and gave me some good insight on things, plus he helped me buy my car. Every time I walk in to talk to him, he always sets a good atmosphere, and he's real straight up about everything; I like that a lot.
