I purchased my 2022 Ford Bronco Outer Banks, and the process felt far more comfortable and accommodating than I expected when buying a vehicle. Joseph, my sales dealer, was patient, informative, and easy to work with throughout the process. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which was very important to me because I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right vehicle and the right deal. He answered questions thoroughly, stayed transparent, and gave me the space to think things through without making the experience stressful. And Matt — the GOAT, seriously — was equally great to work with. As the sales manager, he helped make the numbers work in a way that felt realistic and respectful of my budget. What I appreciated most was that neither of them treated me like “just another sale.” The energy felt genuine, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. I visited other dealerships during my search, and some experiences felt robotic, overly pushy, or transactional. This dealership felt different. They worked with me, listened to my concerns, and helped me leave in the exact Bronco I wanted without making me feel uncomfortable during the process. I have an AMAZING SERVICE EVERYTIME at Art Hill Mazda!!! I am a frequent customer; it started when I purchased a Mazda CX-5 back in June 2024. I get all my Oil Changes done on my vehicle, I feel confident I am getting the proper oil change and mistakes won't be made unlike the rushed 15-Minute oil centers. Everyone, I have met countless times is extremely professional, even when they are busy and under pressure. Juan at service is beyond professional, and great to talk to in general! He will make you leave smiling even if your first time meeting him. Also Skip in sales is an honest man, and well experienced and not pressured to sell you a car even when you're unsure about your financial situation reasons, he will give you the most HONEST ADVICE!! I come here for all my oil changes; they generally get you in & out by a 1 hour depending how busy. What I like they send you a text message with a video showing your vehicle and its status before you leave, they will recommend what other services may be needed or not, as they show under the vehicle in shop. Today, on 03/18/2026 as I pulled into the service garage, I felt respected that how I was greeted by my name. Juan (Manager) and Eric both service department workers, you can ask any question about a Mazda vehicle even if may feel it's a obvious question, trust me you are not wasting there time!!
