Update: The issue was with the way the discounts were put into the final contract. They were moved, but were exactly the same as in the original proposal. After a phone call from the dealership manager, Garth, and CJ my sales person, and walking through the paperwork again I feel I got exactly what was promised. I thank them for following up on this. It is much appreciated and I am very happy. Original: Overall the experience was very good. CJ, the salesman, was very helpful in all aspects of this sale. Not pushy, but communicative and informational. I didn't even plan on buying a new vehicle and my requirements were specific and he and the rest of the sales org found the right one. CJ was great through it all. The proposal I received was excellent, I thought. Gave me all the discounts I qualified for and then some. However, upon signing something didn't look right but I didn't think about it being wrong because we had been working this for over a week. But looking at the paperwork today I see that there was a significant discount on the proposal that WAS NOT on the final paperwork. Now I don't know if that was miscommunication, my not seeing the discount in the paperwork, trusting that everything was right and not scrutinizing the contracts completely and questioning, or just oversite. So it is what it is and that's why the grade. Everything else was just great.

Update: General Manager called and agreed that the call could’ve been handled better. Great conversation with him followed up by a great conversation with the service manager. I was able to get in today for my first recall I needed to get serviced. Upon arrival I was met by Joel in the service department who I’ve known for more than a decade through another business I used to frequent for service for years. Joel is top notch at what he does and him working for Art Moehn Chevy automatically makes me a customer moving forward. Thanks for the follow up and great customer service. Whoever answers the calls for the service department either really hates their job or is just not friendly. Either way you probably shouldn’t have a job where you have to deal with people and schedule stuff that needs repaired. She was very uninterested in helping with my recall that I need done. I won’t be coming to Chelsea Chevrolet for anything now or in the future. I hope whatever you’re dealing with gets better and you have the day you deserve.

Easy, stress free. Garth is an excellent representative of the dealership. Made my first time leasing experience from start to finish simple and painless. All representatives who helped were professional and made me feel like family. I will always recommend Art Moehn Chelsea to everyone.

Art Mohen Chelsea is probably one of the friendliest dealerships I have ever delt with. Always friendly and polite and the place is always very clean. I take my vehicle in for every oil change and the Service staff always greet you like an old friend. That is a very rare thing these days! I had an excellent experience at Art Moehn Chevrolet this year! Shyanne, my sales consultant, was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She encouraged me to test drive the car right away! I think that is what sold me on the car because I was able to see myself "in" the car. We were able to get our trade in right on site, which was a time-saver. Justin was very helpful in answering all of our finance questions, he made the financing a breeze, and he found a great interest rate. In the past, I dreaded car shopping because of the pressure and stress, but Shyanne, Justin, and the Art Moehn team were nothing but amazing. I love my Honda Civic Hybrid!
