Art Moehn’s dream team from the very beginning of the purchase of my new Chevrolet Traverse Z71! My initial contact was with Luke for an estimated appraisal of the vehicle that I was trading in; he gave an initial quote that was fair for the work that it needed. My second contract was an appointment with sales representative Foster. Foster understood my vehicle preferences and we found the perfect vehicle together; I most appreciated that he wasn’t pushing me towards a specific vehicle! The third person involved in my transaction was Tyser, the sales manager who ensured my transaction went smoothly. Should I mention there was an overlooked rebate that i qualified for that he ensured was given to me? Lastly, I dealt with Lou, the finance manager. Lou made what can be an overwhelming experience one filled with both professionalism and humor! Lou didn’t try to force products on my sale but listened to my needs to close the deal. Not to mention, he helped me secure an interest rate better than my own credit union. Before I knew it, I was driving away with my new vehicle and the entire process took less than two hours.
