I was looking for a nice Kandi golf cart and decided to give Ascension Golf Carts a look after inquiring about service with them. Caylee came out and met me and was really helpful and friendly in finding something that I liked. Bought a 4-seater for my family. They love it and the price was right! Service was fantastic from start to finish!

Customer service is horrible. I paid $6, 000 to get golf cart repaired on November. 22, 2024, on November 23, 2024 I had to go back because a seat was put on the rear of my cart with gold stitches and the stitches should have been white. It had to be replaced along with my fender on the right side on the front had a gap between the fender and the frame of the cart. On today December 12, 2024 I had my first road trip with cart on trailer to find out that the middle seat flew off the cart because these incompetent workers did not put zip ties on the hinges to stop the seat from coming off. As a result, I spoke to the manager Billy M. with his nasty attitude he wants to put me at fault. They did the repair work and put the parts on and does not honor their work 100% and had the nerves to tell me not to call the dealership. I will pursue further action with this company. I had to purchase another seat for $392.00 from another dealership who stated they should have put the zip ties on the hinges that they took off so that the seat wouldn't come off when traveling with a trailer. Customers please think twice before purchasing or getting your golf cart repaired at this dealership.

Waste of money 💰 alert !!! Rented a golf cart last weekend for a TAILGATE and golf cart died as my daughter while driving a hour into the event . I was told by company make sure key is in off position when not in use i did that , and still died . They aren't in get shape slow and make a loud throttle noise . I was told nothing could be done so I just lost $300 buck . They said they look in to it but would u take blame and loose $300 buck ... I was going to sue in small claims court but I think ill start my own golf cart rental business at $200 a rental and put a dent in the budget that way 👉 .. remember my name ....
