My first time buying a car was enjoyable and completely stress-free at Ascension Honda! I had the best experience working with Deshaun as my saleswoman. I truly never felt pressured at any point during the process. From start to finish, she made the entire process seamless and even fun! She is knowledgeable & polite, and remained so patient with me and my boyfriend. She even came in on her day off to finalize everything, which truly means so much to me. Even though I initially came in for one particular car, she took the time to show me other options that fit what I was looking for - which shows she truly cared about finding the right fit for me. She was always easy to reach and made sure every single one of my questions was answered thoroughly and quickly. I HIGHLY recommend requesting her! I also want to give a huge shoutout to AD, the Finance Manager, for helping make my experience just as wonderful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explain my options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Daryl and AC also played a big role in making this entire experience amazing. I’m extremely impressed and beyond happy with my decision!

So I was looking all over for a vehicle and the whole time, it was waiting for me at Ascension Honda. Yep, right around the corner and with the help of Mr. DJ Zeringue, completed my purchase. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood every step, and worked hard to get me into the right vehicle for my needs. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism throughout the process.

I've purchased three vehicles from Ascension Honda! Always a great experience. My CR-V was totaled out, which was very stressful, and I had to buy a new vehicle quickly. #AskforJazz! She was incredible, getting me in and out with my new car. I was pressed for time, making two visits, and she still had me in and out efficiently. Ascension Honda has a very friendly staff and willing to work with you. Felt like I was dealing with personal friends. Jose Robles was the salesman we dealt with and he was wonderful! Darryl and Adrian were also great to work with. Great experience and I would definitely recommend them.
