# Summary Experiences at this dealership are mixed, with customers praising individual salespeople and service staff members for their professionalism and patience, while others report significant frustrations with service appointment delays, poor communication about vehicle status, quality control issues, and unresolved mechanical problems. Common complaints center on inadequate follow-up after service visits and the perception that concerns are dismissed rather than thoroughly addressed.
Brought my Navigator in to check brakes on Mon 6 Apr. I called and texted during the day trying to understand if my vehicle would be ready by end of day. I did get a call trying to sell me a new Navigator but kept waiting for a status on my vehicle. I was eventually told parts needed to be ordered so my vehicle would be there overnight. The next day again trying to get status I was told the wrong parts were ordered so my vehicle would have to stay overnight again. On Wed, I went to pick up my Navigator. The first thing I noticed was the automatic side step were not deployed with the door open. That should have been obvious when the service rep brought my vehicle to me. He would have had to jump up to get into the vehicle and jump down to get out without the side step being deployed. While he was trying to figure out how to reset the side steps, I noticed a gash in the side of my Naviagtor that was not there when I brought in my vehicle. I am rating this review as two stars instead of one because they did take pictures when I brought in my vehicle and agreed the gash was not there and took ownership to repair the gash. So my Navigator went the the body shop on Wed. Again, no status the rest of the week and through the weekend. I had to call on Mon to ask status a week after I brought my vehicle in. The body shop said they brought it over to Service on Fri but no one called me. I wonder if I could have had my vehicle back for the weekend? Service to customers is the backbone for a dealership. With a poor customer experience especiallly with the most expensive vehicle sold at the dealership it gives me second thoughts on whether I would purchase a vehicle at this dealership.
When you make a auto butler appointment and and 3hours later your vehicle is still not finished and you're told there's 4 vehicles ahead of you , I would like to know what is the point of making an appointment. Especially when auto butler is a waste of money . The sales department was more than unprofessional and dishonest and basically told me oh well .
The day of purchase took far to long even though the details had been set in place the day before. But it was a new car purchase and might be expected. Everyone did seem more than courtious though. The vehicle was found to have a vibration problem which the service dept has yet to diagnose and fix. Their efforts were rushed and less than intent on fixing the issue. We're currently attempting to work with our local Ford service to resolve it but we are on a three week waiting list for service. Our customer impression is the issue was brushed off as a warranty problem rather than insuring it is an excellent vehicle at the time of sale.
Had a pretty good experience buying my 2nd Lincoln, first at this dealership. Bob E. answered all of my questions and was patient with me as I took 3 separate test drives before deciding on the right car for me. Would recommend Bob and this location for anyone looking to buy a new Lincoln.
I would like to thank Mr. Michael for providing me with excellent service on both occasions when I needed it.
