I got the 2010 Toyota Corolla S.. they have very good cars, I love how they have 4 mechanics and a shop so they properly perform maintenance on their vehicles. The car was a bit pricey for the value, but I understand that they put a bunch of money into their vehicles so it's understandable. They're easy to work with. Mel was a cool guy. I wanted a reliable vehicle. And that is what I got.

Ashland Auto Sales in Columbia, MO makes buying a preowned vehicle painless and easy. The staff are very nice and genuine. I felt no pressure. In fact, they stayed open a little longer than usual to allow me to go home for my checkbook. They even let me use the car I hadn't purchased yet to go back to my house. I bought a clean, well-maintained 2012 Nissan Versa. For a 14 year-old car, I've found it to be quite reliable. The price was fair. I returned it to the Ashland Auto a few days after I bought it to get the inspection completed. The technician wanted to keep it for a couple hours to replace a bushing on the suspension. I needed to get back to work, so they gave me a ride to work and picked me up at 5 (in my car) when I got off. I drove him back to the dealership. I really think this place is a great place to look for a car. I trust them, and I appreciate their high level of service.

Stopped in here to look for a car for my daughter. Excellent service. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable and very willing to negotiate. We ended up purchasing from them and feel like we got a fair deal.

I absolutely dread buying a car. I found the car I was looking for and worked a pretty good deal via email at Ashland, who has good reviews. Drove over to Columbia from KC. Ahmad was great - laid back, no high pressure, more helpful than salesy by far. The Acura we went to look at had a transmission code pop up before we got there, so they took it to a transmission shop to be checked (instead of just resetting the code and selling it). Meanwhile, we looked at the inventory, which is large and diverse, and tested out a couple other cars, one of which we ultimately bought. Ahmad/Ashland are transparent, don't play games, and are trustworthy. We will go back and we recommend.

I never felt rushed or pressured, and Mel was honest and professional while helping me find the right vehicle. I really appreciate the effort he put into making sure my father and I was comfortable and satisfied with the purchase, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used car and great customer service.
