I would like to say I met Tyler over the internet after finding a fully equipped full size mobility van that was rigged as I needed it off Facebook. Back & forth we went for a week, I asked upteen questions about it & asked for walk around video since I was a 7.5 hr drive away (I'm in the automotive business myself, so know what I'm looking for), he was kind enuf to Honestly answer & send me not a video but 5-6 videos, this van was Exactly what he said & showed, so we had a deal & off to Tx I went. I showed up on a Fri night at 8pm & he went out of his way to meet me at his lot after hrs instead of the following Sat morning. After going over the van & a test drive that everything checked out good, I bought it. Well once I got home the lift had a hard time lifting up off the ground especially when my bodyweight was on it, so that following Mon I texted & mentioned that something was wrong with the lift with No expectations of Tyler to fix or do anything about it, after all it was a used van sold AS IS, I know he didn't get the van with any kind of warranty, nor did he know the lift had a wore out part since running the lift up/down cuz it worked fine without bodyweight on it. So we researched the issue together & figured out what it needed, I was happy that he had the insight on the parts list for this lift & gave me the part numbers, as I was googling for replacement part Tyler texted right back to say He was going to Order, Pay & Ship me the parts, he felt bad he didn't catch anything wrong with it, I was Floored & Shocked that a Used Car Salesman would do anything like this & I know a lot of them in my business! Used Car salesman will tell you anything to make a sell, But not Tyler, he went Way over & beyond to want to fix this & make it right & pay for it out of his pocket! You can not expect this for everything he sells much less from Any used salesman, but this was just one of those things he did which to me says A Lot that he is a Stand Up Guy & as Honest as they get, promise you that! For that I will travel back for my next mobility vehicle and or any vehicle that my family or friends need! Mike Snapp, OKC OK.

So glad we came across this place, they were thousands cheaper than all the other vans we had been looking at. He was very kind and not your regular pushy salesman. We haven’t had this enjoyable of a buying experience in years. The van was older and we had to replace a few things but overall we got a great deal. Very happy customer!
