Was getting ready for a long trip in our Grand Cherokee and engine light came on. Appointments were booked but service department was able to read & clear codes and let us know it wasn’t a serious issue. Got us back on our schedule for trip and we are very grateful!!

I recently bought a Durango out of town and was at their service department 3 times in 3 weeks. That dealership/service department told me nothing was wrong. I took to Astorg CDJR service department for a second option and quickly found out my fuel pump was failing to prime. I am so relieved to have my vehicle fixed and from now on, I will be dealing with Astorg service and plan on Astorg for my next vehicle! Had a Great service visit. I recently moved to the area and had never been here before. After getting checked in, the service manager Mike Conley greeted me and personally walked with me to the lounge and showed me all the amenities. The waiting area is very nice and offered fresh brewed coffee, soda pop and great assortment of snacks. Upon completion of my oil change, the advisor went over their multi point inspection that was done. Thanks for the top notch service Astorg.

I brought my Jeep in yesterday for it’s first oil change and service. Larry was at the desk, he was very kind and explained everything that they would be doing.
