# Summary Opinions are sharply divided, with some customers praising the dealership's service team for professionalism, convenience, and attentive care, while others report a troubling pattern of service failures, lack of accountability, and poor communication that resulted in repeated vehicle issues and extended downtime. The stark contrast suggests that experience quality may depend heavily on which staff members customers interact with.
To many bad dealings to ever recommend. In 2011 I took my f350 to them to replace the low pressure oil pump and crank position sensor. When I got it back it was leaking oil so after dither diagnosis they stripped the bolt on the sensor causing the bolt to not stay tight and causing the oil leak. They claimed they didn’t do it although there was no leak prior. Years later we purchased a 2012 rubicon mw3 edition and in the first week of ownership it rained and the top was leaking. We took it back and they claimed to fix it but the first rain it was still leaking. We took it back and they supposedly “fixed it” again and said they replaced the mucket seals. Well the first rain and we got in and no lean until we backed out and water poured inside that was trapped in the roof. Again we took it back and they admitted it was a Friday and they didn’t feel like pressure testing it so it was their fault. This time they had it for weeks and ordered a new top which finally fixed the issue. We then traded it a couple years later for a 2015 Silverado that they installed a lift and 35” tires on. As soon as we left with it we didn’t make it far when we went around a turn and the traction control and stabilitrac kicked it almost forcing us off the road. We took it back and the service department tried to argue with us that we didn’t just buy that truck because they told them it was not ready and needed programmed for the bigger lift and tires, we then find out the warranty wasn’t done correctly and it was in kilometers instead of miles because it came from Canada. This took them some time to get straightened up and then they did the repair and a few weeks later we finally get the truck back fixed. So again the first almost month we were not in possession of a vehicle we had just purchased from them. A year or two later we trade it on a 2016 f150. We told them the issues we have had and they assured us this time would be different. Purchased the truck drove it 30 min home and didn’t drive it for a couple days anywhere. Got in the truck to take it to the store and the front differential was popping because the 4x4 was trying to lock in while driving due to a vacuum leak. Called and they said I needed to get it towed in on my own dime which wasn’t happening when I just purchased the truck days before. I called actual ford customer support and since the truck was still under the original factory warranty they sent a tow truck to pick it up and sent Astorg the bill with a note that said they needed to give me a loaner to drive. It was fixed and we wrote Astorg completely off. Fast forward to recently when I took my 2023 f150 to them that’s still under factory warranty for a rear end noise. They diagnose it and said it needed replaced. Long story short, almost a month after dropping the truck off they finally say it’s done which took two weeks longer and they said it would. I asked if they had issues and she said the tech messed with it a while before admitting he couldn’t do it and she had to put another tech on it with him to get it completed. So I get the truck back and immediately the rear end is leaking. Send it back and they fix it only to give it back and I hear a new noise. I give it a week or two to confirm the noise and I try to call with no answer from the service writer so I leave a message with the front desk for her to call. After 24 hours and no call. I call again and ask for her to call again or the service manager. Again 24 hours and no return call so I call again this time leaving a message for the service manager to call. Again no reply so I call ford directly which tells me to take it to another dealership. The other dealership diagnosed it as needing the rear end rebuilt again due to it not being done correctly the first time by Astorg. Now here I am with no new vehicle and Astorg is to blame for messing it up.. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else and take nothing to them to be worked on. If I could leave a less than one star review, that is what they would deserve.
I had a warning light come on for the key fob of our Chrysler Pacifica. I went to the Astorg service department where I spoke with Mike Conley. He successfully addressed the minor issue in a matter of five minutes. The "after sale service" is an incredibly important part of buying any vehicle. Mike has given us trusted advice for years. I highly recommend Astorg Sales and Service. A local Ford Dealer years ago told me they had no further intention of doing any more work on a problem with my Escort, as they could not fix it. A Regional Sales Manager told me the noise was not an issue and I should just accept it. That was not service! We sold the Ford and bought a Dodge Caravan. That was years ago. We are very pleased with Astorg Sales and Service.
The Ford Lincoln service team at Astorg always go above and beyond for me. The service manager Tillman, Bill, Kaylee and Steph are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for all of your service needs.
I've been to Astorg Ford for service several times. The employees I've dealt with were all nice and seemed knowledgeable. Recently I was able to use their pick up / delivery service which was so easy and convenient. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Had a wonderful experience today with Adam Sprouse . He helped us go through many options that would fit our needs. We looked at F150’s and explorers.. new and certified.. wide range of monthly payments until we settled into a certified blue explorer. Highly recommend you stop and see the salesman today give him my name!! 😍
