# Summary The dealership earns consistently high praise for fair pricing, pressure-free sales experiences, and exceptional customer service from staff members who go above and beyond. However, one customer reported significant frustration with warranty claim denials related to mechanical failures and alleged misdiagnosis of the root causes, which led them to switch brands entirely.

Hands down the most pleasant and easy car buying experience I have ever had- and we have bought a LOT of vehicles! We were given a very fair trade-in amount and experienced no high pressure sales tactics from sales, finance or service.

Stephen is the best person ever at Astorg and costumer service oriented person. Our family is giving him the highest starts we could ever give. He goes and beyond, very compassionate to his work and extremely knowledgable. He always willing to extend his services and help even after office hour. Truly we are blessed to come to know him. He assisted us to be able to have a good deal in buying our first Mazda car. Thank you Stephen and thanks Astorg for having Stephen as your staff.

I began getting parking brake (Electronic Parking Brake - EPB) failure, often accompanied by "Hybrid System Malfunction" or "Brake System Malfunction" and cruise control failure. To fix it Astorg just reset the warning with diagnostic tool. Of course the failures continued. Then they replaced the electronic module. This resolved the problem. However, Astorg blamed me and my wife for the failure. The car wouldn’t turn off the dash warning when shut down, and we had to put a trickle charger on to prevent a dead battery. They claimed because I used the jump start terminals instead of the battery terminals, that this caused the problem and told me that they wouldn’t honor the warranty if it happened again. I now know that this accusation was false. The terminals are electrically the same. The drivers seat control fascia broke twice. They repaired it under warranty both times. After the second repair they said they wouldn’t honor the warranty if it broke again. They claimed the seat breaking was our fault. This is the only car seat that has ever broken on us. We did not cause the damage from normal use. For these reasons and a few other minor issues having to do with the overall comfort of the car, I traded the CX-50 for a Toyota. The CX-50 only had 7500 miles. Because of Astorg’s policy of refusing to honor the warranty I will never own another Mazda. Sorry Mazda, you make really good cars, but with service like that I cannot trust my nearest service center. The brand will be for ever off limits to me.

I've bought 7 or 8 cars so far in my lifetime with varied buying experiences. My recent purchase of a Mazda CX5 at Astorg was by far the best experience. Stephen Watkins' sales attention and efforts on my behalf were exceptional. Keith Jones was also a pleasure to work with for the paperwork. I could not be more pleased; thank you! John S.
