I went to look at a black 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring on the lot. One employee mentioned the vehicle had been there for about two months, but the Facebook listing indicated it had been posted for five months, which was concerning. We chose to pay for an in-depth third-party inspection, and the mechanic identified two major issues: a cracked motor mount and a timing belt that is significantly overdue for replacement (which could lead to severe engine damage if it fails). Despite this, an employee claimed the timing belt was new. However, the mechanic clearly stated the belt was so worn that the stickers in the timing belt area were no longer legible. Even with these findings, the dealership refused to adjust the price to account for repairs that would require immediate attention. Buyers should be cautious and always invest in a third-party inspection before purchasing a used vehicle, especially from this lot. *** UPDATE RESPONSE SINCE THE DEALERSHIP RESPONDED. I’ve decided to add the inspection. As you can see, the inspectors could not verify the timing belt was replaced. The CARFAX did not list that the timing belt was ever replaced. Being well spoken is great however that doesn’t change the fact that the van is overpriced with major issues.

Fair prices on truck parts and the install Was spot on and done when they said just think they could improve on customer service skills. Customer relationships are very important for future business.

Leon, the owner, is a first class ‘do the right thing when no one is looking’ kind of man. He personally installed a bed cover on my RAM 3500 truck and did exactly what he said he would do. I give his company my highest recommendation.
