Zain was phenomenal! He was very personable, very patient, showed me everything I wanted to see without any hesitation, he was very honest about every car we've discussed, and even taught me a few things to help me make a good buying decision. He worked late when I had a hard time deciding on a few factors and was just always very welcoming & kind to my family and me whenever we visited there. Absolutely no pressure sales! Everything was good in the beginning. I worked with a guy named Donald. I literally had my car for 3 days and the head light went out, as well as the check engine light came on. They let me bring the vehicle back to see the issue, but were suppose to fully check the vehicle throughly. Come to find out I should have used premium gas and I was using regular unleaded. So I guess because they assumed it was just the gas they didn’t do a digger dive into the car issues. When I accelerate it’s like the car hesitated and jerks back. My head light is still out, and my engine light has come on again. I was a little upset and I wrote the Donald guy to see what options I had or maybe I needed to get my lawyer involved. He straight up has been ignoring me with no resolution to this new car I’ve invested money into and has so many issues already. I moved too fast and ima warn yall if you can keep looking around! Him and the owner drove my car around for personal use, owner told me him and his wife went to the mall in my vehicle and it ran fine. Secondly they ran all the gas up and gave it to me on almost empty. It’s been about a week now since I’ve asked if they can get my car together given I just got it and I’ve not got a response so now ima handle it the legal way. Spar yourselves guys. Also was told I was getting a 2 year warranty that was on them but it got added in my loan and was told I can cancel it at any moment I didn’t feel I needed it. Now I got to flock out extra funds to get my vehicle serviced. I haven’t had a chance to enjoy my new vehicle at all.
