Went to Atlantic Honda with My accord 3 lights came on on the dashboard. Also needed an oil change. Car is a 2013 with over 207,000 miles. Service advisor told me I was due for a Transmission service also. With the diagnostic oil change and Transmission service bill came to over $600 Then They tell me They didn’t fix lights just tried clearing them and might come on again. And the car needs $6,000 worth of work Car isn’t worth that much. Had to get rid of it. Why didn’t they tell me that before They did $600 dollars worth of work Lights came back on within a mile of leaving.

I have bought 2 cars in the last 5 months from different dealerships. I have never had a worse customer service experience, than with this Atlantic group. Friends had an appointment, were told we would have to wait several hours anyway for the financing department, they will not be rushed is what we were informed! We had no financing, so why were they even involved? That’s right to try to upsell us on an extra bumper to bumper warranty! We had a bank check for the entire amount. No work done prior to our appointment. No apologies from anyone. Actually they were all quite rude to us. I went with friends to also look at purchasing an SUV myself but I will never give them business. The salesman never said goodby to us or thank us for the business. They had us cool our heels for hours while most everyone in the sales dept was online shopping ! I had plenty of time to walk around & see them all doing this! Our salesman never went over the car features with us. Isn’t that what is supposed to be done? 3.5 hours & a 40k car bought not even coffee or water offered. The financing gentleman was also snappy. Could go on. Don’t give them your business they obviously do not care about customer retention at all. Patsy & Matt you should be ashamed of yourself with the rude behavior to customers. We are in the service industry as well, the behavior displayed today was nothing short of indifference.

Run don’t walk away from this dealership. If you chose to ignore this warning and purchase a car from them please make sure you get a copy of everything you sign. Get any promise or requirement in writing. If they refuse take a picture with your phone and be willing to walk away when the numbers do not add up at settlement. Review carefully anything you are signing take your time question everything. Don’t let them rush you through the paperwork. Look at their reviews before visiting. They put the beware in Buyer Beware!

This place stinks. I never write reviews- this is my first one actually - but I have multiple stories about how this place is bad. - The told me my father who was a double leg amputee was "not normal". - They reneged on 3 handshake agreements, even though I was knowingly paying over the blue blook value (my wife loved the car, even though it was over 10 years old). - They absolutely refused to give me my credit card back despite me saying/insisting they do over 10 times and only did so when people in the show room started looking at us. I believe that actually may be illegal. I have more stories as well. There are a lot of places to buy cars. Don't make the mistake of going here. Nothing but bad, if not insulting experiences. I want to give no stars but I cannot make this post without giving at least one it seems.
