Arod did a great job showing me all the new features of my CR-V EX-L, making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Charles, the finance manager, carefully walked me through the financial side of the purchase, explained all of my options, and provided a lot of helpful information without any pressure. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership for its outstanding customer service.

Gabriel was absolutely awesome! He was extremely patient, and went to bat for us multiple times to get us an awesome deal. He’s extremely kind, polite, and very pleasant to do business with. I wrecked my Audi, so going into a Honda wasn’t the easiest, but Gabriel made it happen. We’re super glad we did too, as the new pilots are quite supple, and super smooth! I went in there to trade my CRV in for a brand new civic Hybrid I told Reymi that I was offered 26000 for my trade and my credit score is an 806. I said I would like to be close to my payment now which was 226 a month so he sits down after talking to the finance manager and I see him typing 23000 as a trade which is 3000 less and he typed 8.9 apr% knowing I told him I have good credit, so he went from offering me the mid 400 range then finally came down to the low 300's where I finally said this is ridiculous and walked out saying if you can do something I'll take the car this weekend. To make a long story short it's not a hybrid that I wanted since I commute but a have a brand new Acura INTEGRA. If anyone is looking for a good car with no games and I didn't get haggled or had to wait go see Ricky at Acura of Bayshore. I test drove the vehicle and told him what I wanted, I came back the next day and got what I wanted and just had to sign the paperwork and left.
