Atlantic Volkswagen

To start, my parents just leased a brand new 2026 Tiguan. Beautiful car, but we noticed a scratch in the hood. We did not want to be held responsible for it, so we tried reaching out. Adam the manager or whoever he is, helped sell my parents the car, was no help. We asked him multiple times for copies of the lease paperwork to which we were ignored. We now just sat at the dealership while they “buffed” out the scratch. An hour later and the scratch was still there, and no paperwork to be seen. You always know you’ll sit at a dealership but this is ridiculous. If you’re looking for a car I’d recommend any other dealership, this one clearly has no care for the customer past getting you out the door in one of their overpriced vehicles. If you’re forced to be here, make sure you steer clear of Adam. He’s the owners son and my god he acts like it, screams at his employees in front of customers and would not take responsibility for his own miserable actions.

I’ve gotten all my cars from them and they make every experience stress free and a blast. Thank you to Pier for selling me my new 2025 Volkswagen Tao!! Got there at 2 and left there @4. Fast and easy!!

Have been using Atlantic for the last 3 years for maintenance on my 2021 Wrangler. Last week I went in for an oil change and drove home with a new 2026 Wrangler. Matt was great at answering my questions and concerns. I'm very happy with the new Jeep and will continue to go to Atlantic for all of my maintenance.

I had a great experience at Atlantic VW! Kevin was super knowledgeable and helpful when i purchased my 2023 Tiguan. The entire staff was very kind and patient during the entire process!
