Had a little hiccup during the registration transfer. Atlas team dealt with it promptly and even delivered the vehicle to my house. Great experience, the owner is very friendly and Chris my sales rep is very helpful, I never felt pressured through the process. No hidden or extra fees like 99 percent of other dealers. The experience at Atlas Motors was great where we just purchased a Honda Pilot. Harry was accommodating to a full test drive and inspection and fair to negotiate with on the price. Chris went above and beyond to ensure a very smooth transfer of ownership. He was very efficient in not wasting any time and taking care of everything from the sale, paperwork, insurance transfer, and installing the plates. Pretty much within an hour of shaking hands on a price, we were on the road thanks to Chris! He even went across the road to a coffee shop while we waited at the insurance office, to buy us coffees! Thanks!

Amazing experience buying my first car from Chris. Chris was very attentive, responsive, and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, Chris was honest and made sure the car I drove off with was the one that best suited my needs for a pretty good price. I will definitely go back to Chris for any future used car purchases.

Our Honda Odyssey was totalled in an accident last January. I've waited 1 year to post because I believe at 1 year a review will be more accurate than 3-6 months. Cons: - The dealerzhip is a unique scenario where it's not your typical dealership. It's essentially run out of a parking garage. Which can turn you off right away. Or in our case, get you a great vehicle that others pass on. - It's in North Vancouver, which if you live in the valley is close to 90 mins away and then if you like the car and want to test drive and then negotiate a price and pay...and then get insurance... Turns out to be 6-7 hrs. Not an ideal location. - Because they just sell the cars , we've had 2 very minor issues on the Honda Odyssey we purchased from them. The map/GPS screen says 2005. To fix I need to purchase a $200 disc from eBay (Honda no longer has it) and install it. My tires all are showing low tire pressure. So either there is a bead leak, so there Is a faulty sensor. Either way it's an issue that should have been dealt with before having a customer purchase. Pro: - Does NOT feel like dealing with a dealership. While they have a unique dealership. It feels like you are buying private with the perks of buying from a dealership. IE... Extended warranty. - Dealing with Hatel was awesome. It felt like negotiating with family. He was set on a price, as soon as I mentioned that we had a bottom line price and we couldn't go over because of the accident.. He was willing to go lower then he should have. Incredibly easy to deal with. A pleasure to deal with. In closing , we would have missed out on our gem of their vehicle that is now our family van, if we didn't go check out Atlas motors. We tried everywhere from Abbotsford all the way out to Vancouver and everytime.. we felt dishonesty from suits that would come talk to us. Not Hatel. Nothing but a good experience from Atlas motors.
