# Summary The dealership receives praise for knowledgeable and attentive salespeople who provide thorough service and stress-free purchasing experiences, as well as for an efficient parts department with competitive pricing and hassle-free returns. However, some customers have reported inconsistent service quality, with negative experiences involving rushed transactions, unmet commitments, and dismissive attitudes from certain staff members, particularly regarding warranty claims and financing preferences.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the entire experience was outstanding. Ian was my salesperson did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel pressured during the process. Ian took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood my options, and helped make the purchase smooth and stress-free. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I couldn't be happier with my experience and my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Ask for Ian you'll be in good hands. I can't speak highly enough about him or the dealership as a whole!
Wanted to commend the parts department. I did an online order for a Highlander part. Entire process was simple, straightforward, and their pricing beat all competitors. I ended up not needing the part (which I figured out shortly after placing the order). The part arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to return the part - they provided RMA number as well as shipping label, greatly simplifying the process. Once they received the returned part, they instantly credited my account for the purchase price. If I need parts in the future, will definitely look to Aubrey Alexander Toyota again.
Had a really great experience dealing with Chris Amato. He spent at least 2 hours going over details of cars with me and a test drive with me. He was very thorough and helped go through all details searching for the car I wanted. Anyone looking for a car I would recommend going straight to Chris Amato! Great person to deal with.
⸻ I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, which was a dream vehicle for me, and I was genuinely excited going into the process. Initially, Jake did not play games and presented the numbers clearly, which I appreciated. However, the experience changed significantly toward the end. I had a preference for the banks I wanted to use for financing, and I believe that created tension. I even called the day before to put money down over the phone, and during that call Jake was extremely rude. When I arrived the next day to pick up the truck, I was accompanied by my 5-year-old son. Jake greeted us with no customer service—no conversation, no courtesy, and no acknowledgment of my child (not even asking if he needed to use the restroom). I was told to sit down, sign paperwork, and essentially be rushed out the door. I was told I would receive an extra key, which I am still owed. I also noticed a $500 gift card in Jake’s envelope, which I believe was intended for me but was never provided. I politely asked if, instead, an extra key or even a bed cover could be included as a courtesy gesture. The request was immediately dismissed with “no, we already signed paperwork,” and I was sent out the door. I wasn’t even offered a bottle of water for myself or my son. I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews. I’ve been in sales for 13 years in the electrical industry, and I strongly believe service and relationships are what build long-term success. I also understand people can have bad days. I even lowered myself to apologize to Jake afterward for any confusion or inconvenience I may have caused. That said, buying a vehicle—especially one that means a lot to someone—should feel positive and respectful. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that
I bought my 2022 Chevy Silverado at blaze Alexander Toyota, Selinsgrove, my check engine light was on And I’m still under the warranty and I explained to to the lady at service That a code came up on a diagnostic, which is a OBD2 sensor the scans any car and it gives you the diagnostic reading I provided the diagnostic reading that I had done which is PO1467 which indicates from the diagnostic tool EV purge pump under speed so the service lady stated that the Dealership have to do one and there was though if butts around it so gave them my truck came out to know that they don’t have proper tools for Chevy Silverado in a Toyota dealership that sold it to me I had also my warranty personnel on the phone and the warranty personnel told me that that part was covered on the warranty, but no time whatsoever this lady from Service want to hear about what the warranty personnel have To say she was worried about a labor rate of $169.59 if the warranty didn’t cover, Which this personnel from the dealership, should of contacted Warranty company. The vehicle service contract named Zurich.so they took my vehicle to The Mechanic and he put the diagnostic tool/OBD2 sensor and said that the obd2 sensor cannot pick up what was the problem, but She gave on her paper she gave me The same code that I provided to the dealership, which is P1467 Evap Purge pump so I believe if she don’t like her job, she should get something that suits her Because I believe she was kind of rude, and I believe that customers are always right, and she had proved that to me on the paper she gave me with the same code that I was providing her. also, I have the fax that she gave me on paper matching the same code number I provided to her and at Novelle she disregarded my diagnostic and hers match.
