The service technician was pleasant and very professional, but the fact that I had been sold a $4000 10 year warranty and told that it was bumper to bumper full warranty on all electronic and mechanical failures was pure BS. My OnStar failed and I had to pay a $240 diagnostic fee and was then told that it would cost another $800 to make the repair because my "bumper to bumper" warranty didn't cover OnStar repairs. I am totally dissatisfied with Business/Sales Manager, I believe that his first name is William, who talked me into buying an expensive service contract after I told him that my primary concerns with the car are the many computers and electronic components. This is the second car that I've purchased from this dealership and it's also the last one. It's too bad since the sales people were professional and helpful and the service tech was also helpful and sympathetic and surprised that my "Level 3" service contract did not cover the repairs.
