Sasha was great. No pressure at all. Test drive, asked if I had any questions, exchanged phone numbers. My wife and I sat in the parking lot, did our due diligence and bought our truck. No haggling, price was set and very reasonable. Jackie in finance was great. Great experience

GREAT customer service. Called on a whim, spoke with Sasha who was kind, professional and down to earth. He was informative and honest. Not once did I feel pressured. Took a test drive and completed paper work which was seamless that same hour. Sasha chatted with my boyfriend and I as the paperwork was being processed. Definitely a good guy. Ended up working with Mia as well, who was a bundle of joy and laughs. She answered all my questions with ease and was incredibly patient. The dealership was quiet, clean and well maintained. Great sales/purchase experience. Luis was great to work with (along with the rest of the staff) and the sales process was easy, transparent, and hassle free. Also (unlike many dealers) their vehicles aren't loaded with unnecessary add-ons (like spray wax and nitrogen filled tires). This is a great dealer and you should check them out if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Anthony And the entire service department were extremely helpful. I am new to the area so this Dodge dealership is new to me. Anthony kept me posted on the progress of my hot rod, kept me informed of the prices, and arranged for me to pick up my car after hours.
