Auburn Honda

I have bought three new CRV’s and three Pilots from Auburn Honda and serviced them all at the dealership which has provided top notch service. My latest Pilot purchase is a beautiful and amazing vehicle. It is the best yet in pearl white and with a brown leather interior.

I’ve purchased and traded several vehicles through Auburn Honda over the years, and they’ve always treated me fairly. Their trade-in offers have consistently matched up well with the research I’ve done beforehand, which gives me confidence I’m getting a fair deal. Ti and Tray are both knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with, and they’ve always been available when I have questions. The service department has also been excellent. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Auburn Honda and would gladly recommend them to others.

This is the first time I’ve been to a dealership on my own. My parents have always had new cars so they have gone with me 2 times in another state I’ve had a car. Then my husband and I went together with our last car. Now with him gone and desperately needing a car since mine broke, I found myself coming to Honda after receiving a call from the manager. I think he said his name was Paul, but not sure. I explained my situation to him and when I was done explaining, he asked me to come see them and told me he was sure they could find something that would work. From the minute I stepped foot in the door to driving away in my new ‘25 Honda Civic hatchback sport everyone was so kind and ABSOLUTELY no high pressure what so ever. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I went in with a car that I owed more on than it was worth, with little hope of being able to walk away with the car of my dreams. Auburn Honda surpassed all expectations, and I left with 2026 Civic that I absolutely am in love with. The sales team was great Jake and Todd were so helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions and concerns that I presented. Manager Barry talked with me about my options and pointed me in the right direction for success! Thuan the finance manager was also amazing and so kind to my boys who were getting a little wild by the time we got to her. Everyone treated me and my boys with kindness, and I could not be happier with my experience with everyone there!
