Auction Direct Motorsports

Auction Direct Motorsports was the second dealership I visited in my search for a pre-owned Ford Escape. The first dealership I visited had misrepresented their inventory, which really made me angry, so I called Auction Direct Motorsports and spoke with Dan. Dan assured me they had a Ford Escape in my price range, and it had the features I was looking for. I told Dan I'd be there in about 15 minutes. When I got there, not only did they have the car, but it was already warmed up for me. Dan handed me the keys, and I took it for a test drive. I fell in love with it. It did have a few issues, which they fixed. It took a week to get the parts and fix the car, but as I told them, I'd rather the job be done right than be done fast. When I picked it up, it was freshly washed and detailed. It was like a brand-new car. I love it so much! I'm so happy with Dan and Anthony (and their mechanic), that I am bringing a friend this weekend to see if they can find a car for her, as well. I highly recommend Auction Direct Motorsports!

This was a very good buying experience even though I had to drive nearly five hours to get there. It is a used vehicle and it isn’t perfect but that was expected. He answered all my questions on FB Messenger before I went out to look at it and I did find some things but he was quick to have his mechanic check and fix things and also worked with me on the price to accommodate some things that he didn’t have time to take care of since I couldn’t easily come back later. Overall very good and I appreciate how he worked with me.

He made the process so easy and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. This was the first car purchase where I walked away with everything I wanted! Anthony was so helpful in the car buying process! This is my first time buying a car, and he was so patient and honest in all of our interactions. He even drove the car to a mechanic for me for a pre prucahse inspection because I had work. Later, he picked the car up for me and made sure the needed repairs were finished before I even bought the car! If you're looking for honesty and hospitality then I would reccomended this shop.
