Dylan Clay in the service department kept me informed on every aspect of my recent service experience at Audi Albany. There was a taillight issue that was resolved quickly. I needed a loaner car and that experience was terrific! When I had a question Dylan was quick to reply in a text or phone call. Audi Albany is very fortunate to have Dylan in the service department! Purchased a used Audi from Audi Albany. As I was out of state, there were a few nuances to this transaction requiring a lot of back and forth discussions with my sales rep, Bob C. He was fantastic. He replied quickly and honestly to my inquiries. The vehicle was exactly as described. They assisted with shipping which went smoothly. On the business end, Alex did a great job with arranging financial settlement and being direct on the admin matters. Overall a great transaction.

I really want to thank Ben for helping my baby boy Davian my son works upstate in the presence, he’s a National Guard and he caught a flat tire and had misplaced his key I live in Staten Island so I had to drive all the way up and bring the spare key the way Ben Took care of my baby boy and make sure we was good. He went back upstate with my Audi car. He’s happy he’s driving a a seven and I gotta wait for his car to get fixed and then make sure everything was beautiful for me and my son so when we move upstate Audi, Albany will be our new family. We already Family thank you Ben.🫡

Brought my car in for recall work. Repairs were performed and car was returned to me in a timely manner. They gave me a ride back to work so I didnt have wait there for repairs to be performed. Ive dealt with this dealership a couple times, both with my older vehicles and had good results each time.

Great dealership to work with. I purchased my Audi out of state but the service department always took great care of me. I purchased my next Audi from them and the service has always been top notch!
