Audi Annapolis, a Criswell Company

My RSQ8 is the third Audi in our household. My wife has driven a 2017 Q7 and in the last six months she has been driving a 2025 Q8 S line with a blackout package. I purchased the RS Q8 from Audi Annapolis and it was one of the easiest car purchases ever. I took it in for the initial service and I was not disappointed with all of the folks that I came in contact with. and by the way, I like the service video.

The Service Department at the Annapolis location is a complete disaster and shockingly unprofessional. I dropped off my car the night before for a 7:30 AM service, only to have it sit untouched until 4:00 PM the next day. Not a single soul bothered to update me on the status. I had to call five times just to get them to check on my vehicle by 3 PM, and each interaction was met with rudeness and indifference. In stark contrast, the Silver Spring location was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by staff who were genuinely eager to assist. They offered water and snacks and provided timely text updates throughout the service process. However, I was charged a diagnostics fee for a service light issue. Based on my miserable experience, I decided to take my car to the Audi dealership in Silver Spring instead, only to discover they didn’t even have the GFF paperwork saved in their system. Take my advice: steer clear of the Annapolis location. It’s an exercise in frustration that you absolutely do not need. Kim/John - BE BETTER & DO BETTER!! Remember everything falls from the top down..... & it shows...poor leadership!!

Daina was very helpful and made the entire Audi buying experience delightful. The entire process was straight forward and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Daina and Dawn (Finance) to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. we couldn't be happier with our new Q7!

Out of state buyer. Called about vehicle on lot and proceeded to perform paperwork. Car was a present for wife. Over two weeks the salesman was supposed to perform maintenance and get car ready so I could drive off after flying in and taking an Uber to the dealership. When I arrived, none of the maintenance had been done and was forced to stand around while they got it into the service bay. Have not even seen the car so far. When it came out, it wreaked of marijuana. The smell was so strong it stung the nose. The vehicle was also filthy. The dealership did offer to pay for detailing. We had it cleaned but the smell is still incredibly strong. If we leave clothing or items in the vehicle overnight they come out smelling like marijuana. This is my fault for trying to purchase an out of state vehicle. I will not be making that mistake again.

Easiest, fastest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have EVER had. My wife and I came in hoping to trade in my 2013 honda accord for something newer. We were greeted by Adam who had a beautiful 2024 honda accord ready to go for us. He took us for a test drive and made the whole process enjoyable. Everyone we spoke with here was very friendly and helpful. For fast, friendly, quality service I 100% would recommend coming here.
