I cannot express how amazing my experience at Audi of Bedford was! I was specifically looking for an all new 2025 SQ5 Prestige, black on black – and when I realized they had the exact car I wanted, there was no pressure to purchase. I can not even begin to express how unbelievable our sales experience was at Audi Bedford. Right from the start my wife and I could tell this was a different kind of culture than we have had at any other new car dealership in the past. Our salesman Dan was fantastic, no pressure at all, he listened to everything, he was truly genuine which is not normally the case in my experience. Audi Bedford went out of their way to make sure our customer experience lived up to our expectations and they far and away exceeded that. I have never been to a dealership that cared more about their customers than they do. So here is where it gets even more impressive, their after sale customer service is even more important to them than just making a sale. Without getting into to much detail days after delivery we developed an issue and with out hesitation Jeff Reuss who is the sales manager there got involved to come up with a resolution. There is a reason he has been at this dealership for over 29 years which is unheard of by the way, its because he truly cares about his customers. I worked in a dealership environment myself for over 35 years and I know first hand that this kind of customer service is extremely rare.
