I Had a great experience with our Sales associate John. My wife went into our local Audi dealership to look at a used E-tron and were lucky to have John come and help us. He was very helpful and laid back. Everything we asked to see or do he acted as if it were a great idea and he was happy to accommodate our request. During the test drive was when I saw his expertise really come out. John has an impressive knowledge of the specific vehicle we were in and Audi as a brand. He did a great job making us feel comfortable and let us call the shots. He asked a lot of terrific questions that made us think about our experience while IN the vehicle and the value that a pre-owned car can provide. Ask for John if you are interested in an Audi, you won’t regret it.

I had been following cars on CarsGuru and had to rely on both Shawn and John to help us through the process of buying a car on their lot when we were all the way across the state. I have purchased a handful of vehicles over the years. I spent less than an hour to purchase my GMC pickup. I did the test drive gave the salesperson my money line. Was contacted shortly thereafter and had a over the phone agreement. Later that afternoon took my wife and sat down with our salesperson Nicole and did all the necessary paperwork. She was kind enough to give us some Audi bottled water. We were a little taken back to walk out and see our truck with a beautiful bow to celebrate our purchase.
