# Summary Experiences at this dealership vary dramatically, with some customers praising individual salespeople like Elias for honest, pressure-free transactions and pleasant interactions, while others report significant frustrations with service department inefficiencies, communication failures, unexplained charges, and unresolved vehicle damage issues. The dealership's inconsistent performance suggests quality depends heavily on which staff member is involved, though service-related complaints indicate systemic problems that undermine the premium brand standard customers expect.
Spent a over a month looking for a particular Audi Q5 and when my Girlfriend found her car at Audi Blainville we called immediately and spoke with a sales person who then told us the car was available and we booked an appointment for 17:30 the very next day I even confirmed the meeting via text message, only to be told at 14:00 today the car was sold in morning. We find this to be a bit disrespectful that a potential customer be treated this way as a veteran where respect is treated as gold and as a former customer service rep, this isn't the way potential customers should be treated. I know its all about getting paid commission but there is also weight behind treating people with respect.
Took over 3 months to get the car back . When i asked what was going on there was always an excuse of something until i called the manager . Got the car back with a fully dead battery that i had to replace on my own ,*400$ back up cam doesn’t work anymore , they told me its not there fault with more excuses. Overall very disappointed for high class car company .
I was dreading the stereotypical high-pressure dealership experience, but Elias completely changed my perspective. He was honest, upfront about the car's history, and actively listened to our needs and budget. There were no manipulative games or hidden costs during the financing stage; just clarity and respect. It was the most efficient and genuinely pleasant car-buying process I've ever had.
Audi Blainville’s service quality falls far below the standards expected from a premium brand. I recently booked an appointment to have my winter tires installed and tried twice to modify whether I’d be waiting or using a courtesy vehicle. Both times, my calls went straight to voicemail, and no one ever returned them. Even when I replied to their automated text requesting a callback, there was no response (picture in review). When I arrived at my 8:45 a.m. appointment, I was told the work would take at least eight hours to mount tires already on rims—something my local garage completes in under 30 minutes. I was told I’d have to take the courtesy vehicle instead. Ironically, less than three hours later, I received a call saying my car was ready—well ahead of the supposed eight-hour timeline. It's worth noting my girlfriend with a Hyundai Kona had her mounted tires swapped out within 90 minutes of her scheduled appointment, and the best Audi can do with an appointment is 8 hours. Is this an underfunded public walk-in health clinic or a luxury car dealer?! The courtesy vehicle, a 2025 Audi Q5, was handed to me with a fuel level at roughly 80-85% full (picture in this review). I documented this with a photo and refilled it to the same level before returning it. When I raised this with the service manager, I was told the 2025 Q5’s fuel gauge was “flawed”. He assured me he’d look into the communication failures and not to worry about the fuel issue when I showed the picture of the fuel level and gas receipt. I never received a follow-up call after 4 business days. Despite those assurances, I was charged nearly $24 without ANY notice for fuel on top of the $10 I put in myself. This place can call me, text me or email me and instead they just used my stored credit card # to process a charge without a receipt or notification. When I contacted the dealership to dispute the charge, I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes only to be told by the service rep they didn't know why as it wasn't their file. The representative stated they would escalate it, it wasn't their fault and "someone" would call me back and then promptly hung up on me rudely, exacerbating the poor customer experience further. It’s worth mentioning that this wasn’t my first disappointing experience here. After a tire change in the spring, I noticed fresh scratches on one of my rims. I take meticulous care of my vehicle and am confident they weren’t there beforehand. Audi Blainville claimed to have “investigated” and concluded there was no way to determine whether the damage occurred under their care. I received a token gesture to repair the mag for $400 at half price, which was still more expensive than local restoration shops. Since that experience, I now take photos before every service visit because my trust in their handling of vehicles has been completely eroded. Interestingly, when I discussed this with Audi enthusiasts on Reddit, many said their dealerships routinely take photos upon vehicle intake precisely to document condition and maintain transparency—something that clearly isn’t standard practice here. During the confirmation of my appointment it was suggested I should do a 90k maintenance. inquired what that entailed. My question was disregarded and I was simply told to wait until the new year. I asked again at the dealership and service rattled off things verbally but would not provide a list or price. Between the unreturned calls, contradictory timelines, unexplained charges, dismissive responses, and prior damage concerns, this dealership has consistently failed to meet even basic expectations, let alone those of a luxury brand. The Lauzon Group has lost my business permanently, and this experience will likely factor into whether I ever purchase another Audi. I went to an Audi dealership for excellent service, accountability and transparency. I was willing to pay the premium for that, but what I've learned is my local European specialist mechanic beats Audi Blainville across the board on price, customer service, quality and transparency.
Great experience overall! Amazing service and a fantastic team. Elias and Kevin were super helpful. Highly recommend!
