# Summary Experiences at the dealership vary significantly, with some customers praising specific sales staff members and management's ability to resolve issues, while others report serious concerns about vehicle inspection quality, delivery preparation, and initial customer service on pre-owned purchases. The dealership appears to excel in sales expertise and showroom experience but has faced criticism regarding attention to detail, product knowledge consistency, and follow-through on warranty and quality issues.

★☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Audi Brooklyn. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi Q8 expecting the level of quality, transparency, and customer service that should come with both the Audi brand and a CPO vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. The first red flag came before I even took delivery. I noticed that the hood had been wrapped and brought it to the dealership’s attention. Rather than having a solution in place, the dealership attempted to remove the wrap themselves but was unable to do so. I was then referred by Ali to a shop the dealership does business with, to have the wrap professionally removed. The process took several hours, and once the wrap was removed, oxidation and paint defects underneath became apparent. Had I known the true condition of the hood before purchasing the vehicle, it would have significantly impacted my decision to move forward. Even after these issues were discovered, Audi Brooklyn would not commit to repainting the entire hood. Instead, they were only willing to address a small section related to the rear wing/spoiler. This felt like a cost-saving measure rather than a genuine attempt to stand behind the vehicle they sold. The delivery process itself was equally disappointing. Sam provided very little orientation to the vehicle and did not adequately familiarize me with the numerous features and technology systems in the Q8. For a luxury vehicle with extensive technology, I expected a proper walkthrough. Instead, I was left to figure things out myself. To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered with the previous owner’s user profile still active in the system. This should have been reset and prepared before the vehicle was handed over to a new owner. It immediately made me question how thoroughly the vehicle had actually been inspected and prepared for sale. Shortly after purchase, I noticed a sensor warning that appeared to indicate a malfunction. When I brought it to Sam’s attention, he was unable to explain what it meant or provide any meaningful guidance on how to address it. That lack of product knowledge was surprising from someone selling Audi vehicles every day. The vehicle also had a damaged rear wiper blade and a scratch on the rear glass that should have been identified and addressed before delivery. I escalated my concerns to Ali, the General Manager, hoping management would take ownership of the situation and make things right. Instead, I was left feeling that once the paperwork was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. At this point, my overall impression is that Audi Brooklyn is more focused on moving inventory than delivering the level of customer service and attention to detail that buyers should expect when spending this kind of money on a luxury vehicle. I would also seriously question the thoroughness of the dealership’s inspection process and the so-called “22-point check.” Between the previous owner’s profile remaining in the vehicle, the sensor issue, the damaged rear wiper, the scratch on the rear glass, and the paint issues hidden beneath the hood wrap, it is difficult to understand how a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle passed inspection without these concerns being identified and properly addressed. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from Audi Brooklyn, inspect everything carefully, ask detailed questions, and get every promise in writing before signing. My experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from an Audi dealership.

My experience with Audi Brooklyn started off rocky when I purchased my pre-owned VW Arteon last year - including a delayed registration, missed inspection findings, and a denied warranty repair shortly after purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups, the situation went unresolved for several months. However, once I escalated the matter to General Manager Leo Menuzzo, he took full ownership, thoroughly investigated what went wrong, and ensured I was fairly reimbursed for the out-of-pocket expense I incurred. Leo’s professionalism, transparency, and commitment to making things right restored my confidence in the dealership’s leadership. While my initial experience was disappointing, I greatly appreciate how the situation was ultimately handled - with accountability and fairness. Thank you, Leo, for helping bring this to a positive resolution!

I came to Audi Brooklyn looking to lease a vehicle, and Ahmed made the entire process easy and smooth. His expertise and professionalism made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured everything went seamlessly from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back to Ahmed for my next vehicle and highly recommend that anyone visiting Audi Brooklyn ask for him!

I recently stopped by Audi Brooklyn to check out some new models, and I had a pretty good experience overall. The showroom was clean and well-lit, making it easy to look at the cars without feeling crowded. The staff was friendly and didn't pressure me too much, which I really appreciated while I was just browsing. They were able to answer all my technical questions about the features, though the wait time to talk to a sales rep was a little longer than I expected. Still, it was a smooth visit and definitely worth a stop if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I went in not knowing exactly what it is I wanted but the staff was more than happy to assist me. They did a great job of getting me into exactly what I needed and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Shoutout to Adam and his team at Audi, will definitely be back!
